There is no minimum qualification required to enroll for MahaRERA Training.

Q: What is the training fee?

The training fee is ₹5,900 (incl. GST) . This covers 20 hours of training and the Training Completion Certificate (valid for 5 years).

Q: Is the exam fee included in training?

No. The exam fee is ₹1,500 , payable separately to MahaRERA while registering for the exam.

Q: Can I appear for the exam without completing training?

No ❌. As per MahaRERA Circular/Order , training is mandatory before registering for the exam.

Q: Can the exam be given from home?

No ❌. The exam is conducted only at designated Exam Centres in your city on a computer.

You will receive three certificates (all valid for 5 years): 1. Training Completion Certificate – after completing the 20-hour MahaRERA Training 2.
